    • Glass umbrella tray

      High strength toughened glass is adopted, and the mechanical properties and cold and heat shock resistance are enhanced by heat treatment process.
      It has smooth surface, strong hydrophobicity, dirt is not easy to adhere, and excellent anti pollution performance.
      Zero value self explosion characteristic: if the glass insulator loses its insulation performance due to fault, the umbrella disc will burst automatically, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can quickly identify the fault point.
    • Metal accessories

      Cap& pin: made of hot-dip galvanized steel or aluminum, corrosion-resistant, and closely connected with the glass umbrella tray through cement adhesive.
      Locking pin: standardized design to ensure reliable connection of insulator string.
    • Umbrella skirt design

      The large climbing distance anti- fog umbrella skirt structure is adopted, with large umbrella spacing and deep umbrella edge, which can effectively increase the creepage distance (usually ≥ 450mm) and suppress arc and pollution flashover.
      The umbrella shape is optimized to prevent rainwater from continuously forming a line and improve the wet flashover voltage.
