      High-strength tempered glass is used, and its mechanical properties and resistance to thermal and cold shock are improved through a heat treatment process.
      It features a smooth surface with strong hydrophobic properties, making it difficult for dirt to adhere, and it offers excellent anti-pollution performance.
      Zero-value self-explosion characteristic: In the event that the glass insulator loses its insulation due to a fault, the umbrella disc will burst automatically, allowing operation and maintenance personnel to quickly identify the fault point.
    • Metal accessories

      Cap&foot: Manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel or aluminum, these components are corrosion-resistant and are securely bonded to the glass umbrella tray using cement adhesive.
      Locking pin: Featuring a standardized design, it ensures a reliable connection for the insulator string.
    • Umbrella skirt design

      The umbrella skirt features an umbrella-shaped, inclined design that facilitates the sliding down of rainwater and aids in the washing away of dust and dirt by rainwater, thereby reducing the accumulation of grime. The umbrella skirt's roomy design prevents rainwater bridging and ensures insulation performance.
      The appropriate spacing between the multi-layered umbrella skirts increases the creepage distance and prevents flashover. It also prevents rainwater bridging, further enhancing the creepage distance and improving insulation flashover resistance. The spacing design promotes air circulation, reducing the risk of partial discharge, features smooth edges to minimize electric field concentration, and prevents corona discharge.
